中正大學正門口前方神農路段路面凹凸不平，人行道水泥破碎，馬路路面龜裂凸起，使得用路安全產生疑慮，而學校教官也向政府機關反應多次，卻因經費不足遲遲未動工，但近來卻看到學校周圍情況完好的人行道在重鋪，經費的運用令人不解。
