【藍天採訪組／臺北報導】廣大興漁船遭菲國濫射案，菲律賓一再強調漁船越界，究竟臺灣的國土南界在哪裡？
1898年美西戰爭（美國和西班牙）後簽署的巴黎和約（1898）第三條規範菲律賓的領土國界，根據條文內容經緯度標示出菲律賓的領土範圍可以發現，臺灣國境之南除了以北緯20度交界之外，位於菲律賓巴拉望島西邊，從東經118度以西向南延伸直到北緯10.73的南沙群島甚至最遠可達10度37分的太平島全都是我國的固有領土，而20度以北還有包括巴丹群島落入菲律賓手中。

Article III. Spain cedes to the United States the archipelago known as the Philippine Islands, and comprehending the islands lying within the following line:
A line running from west to east along or near the twentieth parallel of north latitude, and through the middle of the navigable channel of Bachi, from the
one hundred and eighteenth (118th) to the one hundred and twenty-seventh (127th) degree meridian of longitude east of Greenwich, thence along the one hundred
and twenty seventh (127th) degree meridian of longitude east of Greenwich to the parallel of four degrees and forty five minutes (4 [degree symbol] 45'])
north latitude, thence along the parallel of four degrees and forty five minutes (4 [degree symbol] 45') north latitude to its intersection with the meridian
