梁明輝率協會成員啟動災後重建工程
屏東縣原住民文教協會,在梁明輝理事長從教育界退休之後,全心投入會務工作,適逢88水災重創南台灣原鄉部落,協會由8月9日成立救災中心以來,從外界募得的賑災金援或物資,透過協會理監事及高中生與大專生志工,送到各個災區服務站,這段時間儼然化身為原鄉的送暖天使.
文教協會又緊鑼密鼓規劃災後賑災重建專案,將在18個部落與安置所成立服務站,進行兒童課輔、親子教育、育樂藝文、老人照護等心靈重建之外,也將輔導部落幹部透過網路平台,協助族人行銷文化產業,以早日使部落浴火重生,再造部落的歡呼收割榮景.
