Righteous Scissorhands: Styling warmth and love

Due to the inconvenience of transportation, nursing homes in rural areas are often unable to provide haircutting services to patients. Sadly, the elderly and those with mental and physical disabilities are unable to take care of their own hair. Over time, an unhealthy scalp leads to skin diseases, causing significant physical discomfort. Seeing the need, Righteous Scissorhands (桃花園義剪志工團) immediately mobilized their free haircutting service, providing regular haircuts to alleviate scalp pain and bring a better quality of life.

The volunteer group is now also planning to expand in size, attempting to connect with hairdressers from other counties and cities willing to join the volunteer group. The aim is to create a compassionate nationwide service that spreads love to every corner of Taiwan and helps more people in need.

多身處在偏鄉地區的老人安養院或是身心障礙療養院院民，礙於交通不便缺乏剪髮人力資源，又無法打理自身的頭髮，長期下來頭皮容易患有皮膚病，不健康的頭皮狀況造成他們身體更多的不適。桃花園義剪志工團看見需求，帶來免費的剪髮服務。定期的剪髮減輕他們頭皮的病痛，也帶來更好的生活品質。

志工團現在也正著手規劃擴大團隊規模，試著串聯其他縣市的美髮設計師，尋找各地有意願加入志工團的設計師，合作成立一個系統性的團隊。將桃花園的愛心散布到台灣各個角落，幫助更多有需要的人。
