沒了死刑 像一些沒工作的無業遊民 欠債的人 沒錢買毒的毒蟲 沒錢吃飯的街友 沒錢嫖妓的單身漢 心理變態 心術不正的色狼 可能會犯下殺害路人強奪財物 偷竊被發現殺人滅口 強姦殺害夜歸的婦人 嫖霸王技姦殺妓女等行為 只為了自己沒錢不想餓死 自己沒錢無法循正當管道消費洩慾 不想被逼債 等等 ,反正因為現在沒死刑 景氣差 坐牢又有免錢牢飯可以吃 所以以此等方式犯案 可以多活幾年 出獄後如果一樣沒錢 又會繼續犯案 沒有其他原因 因為殺人不用被死刑槍斃 又不會餓死 多殺幾個人 何樂而不為(以上例子 如果最近有看新聞就會發現)
