第一階段的討論已經熱烈展開，與會朋友依照議題分為六組進行交換意見。
現在會議採取unconference方式，在場大家都是會議主角。
會議形式的準則如下：

4. when it's over, it's over.
結束的時候就結束
5. whatever happens is the only thing could have.
不管發生什麼都只是當時能發生的事
6. whenever it stars is the right time.
不論何時開始都是最適當的時機
